Reginald Gibson - Day 1 MorningIn late 2018, as the State of Florida alleges, Reginald Gibson took Elisa Thompson while she was seated in her vehicle outside of her office - she worked for Conduent. He forced her to move to the passenger side of the vehicle - while showing her a knife - and then he took off with her. She was not his main target that day. Instead, Reginald was after his ex, Ms. S, because he was jealous. Ms. S worked with Elisa, but Ms. S did not go to work that day. Apparently, Reginald had bad intentions with respect to Ms. S, since he was possibly going back to prison for something he did to her earlier that week - so he was acting recklessly. He took Elisa, instead, and eventually, according to the State, murdered her in cold blood. When he was arrested, he did show the cops a knife - but they were able to take him unharmed.
